The height of the wind turbine at the Kochubeyevskaya Wind Farm (including the rotor) is 150 m. The blade length is 49.05 m, and each weighs 8.6 tons. The tower itself weighs 217 tons, and the generator weighs 49.5 tons. The total weight of the structure is 324 tons.

The level of localization of the facility's equipment, as confirmed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, was 65%.

The wind farm comprises 84 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 2.5 MW. The total capacity of the wind power plant is 210 MW. Its planned average annual energy output is 597 million kWh. The total area of the wind park during its operational period is 75 hectares. The investment volume for the creation of the WPP amounted to over 28 billion rubles.

The Kochubeyevskaya Wind Power Plant (WPP) is located in the Kochubeyevsky district of the Stavropol Krai. In January 2021, it began supplying electricity and capacity to the wholesale electricity and capacity market (WECM). It is the second completed power facility of NovaWind JSC and the largest operating wind farm in the country.
